I have to say that watching the Olympics this year was exceptional for me. Since I didn't have time to check out all the surfers at the WSL, I got to know all the qualifiers online one by one. The tahitas and waves of Teahupoo are gorgeous and I would definitely like to experience the local atmosphere in person one day. The Czech dubbing was also great, it was really fun with the guys, it's just a pity there was no commentary for the final. It was dramatic until the end, where I guess everyone expected Gabriel Madina to win the gold, but fate and the ocean have their own rules. I guess in the end everything is as it should be ! The surprise was also the greeting of Humpty Dumpty, and it was magical. Just like the regular rainbows all around. In a word, MANA. I'm sad that Vahine Fierro didn't get the right wave to get her to the final, because for me she was the best, with her pure heart and beautiful soul. I believe she will get the gold over 4 years in Los Angeles. But still, she deserves the Teahupoo Crown, her autentic style. Congratulations to everyone! It was awesome !
